Meet your Coach

Brittany Borman, the founder of Coaching the Spectrum, has been dedicated to supporting individuals on the autism spectrum since she was just 17 years old. While volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club, she discovered her passion when she helped a child overcome his fear of social interactions through one-on-one support. This transformative experience ignited her lifelong commitment to making a difference in the autism community.

With over 10 years of hands-on clinical experience, Brittany holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Cairn University. She has worked in both educational and clinical settings, using evidence-based strategies to empower individuals in relationships, career development, school success, and daily life skills.

Brittany’s diverse skill set allows her to guide clients through all aspects of life—whether it’s navigating social settings, landing a job, managing emotions, or even trying out a new sport or hobby. Through Coaching the Spectrum, she takes a highly tailored approach, ensuring that each session is individually crafted to meet the unique needs of every client. Her mission is to provide compassionate, personalized support to help individuals build confidence, independence, and a fulfilling future.
